“I want to celebrate with you! The courage, strength, hope, and humility that brought you here is worth celebrating. I know how hard it is to lean into the pain of repentance, to ask for forgiveness, to feel Godly sorrow, to talk with the bishop. There is peace ahead; there is joy, connection, and belonging with God and others. Christ will heal you. You are loved. Keep going!” -Hailey
“Keep going. Keep trying. Take steps (even difficult steps) to avoid boredom and temptation. Rely on your Savior. Serve others. Be open about your struggles when appropriate. Accept help. See a therapist. Do whatever it takes, because your life will be so much richer without the constant bombardment of unrealistic, explicit imagery in your mind.” –Tyler
“It’s possible to overcome pornography. I didn’t think it was, but it is. Trust the Lord in the infinite power that he has promised you with the covenants that you have made with him. I testify that you can overcome pornography, but you can’t do it alone. Remember, the Lord doesn’t expect perfection, but he does expect you to do your part.”-Issac
“It’s possible! My relationships improved. My temperament improved. My health improved. And most of all, I feel the Holy Ghost. It’s all because of the Atonement of Christ. The Lord loves effort, and He loves you.” –Anderson
“While I was working on overcoming, I learned that because Christ has first shown us grace and mercy, we can show ourselves grace and mercy as well. Mistakes and slip ups will happen, but the Savior was always there to pick me (and everyone) up each and every time, and He lifts us back up higher than we ever could have made it on our own. We have to be honest with ourselves and God, continually asking for the help he will give to us infinitely with love.” –Kaitlyn
“What really helped me was realizing that I don’t have the power to change my heart, I can’t do it on my own. Because of Jesus Christ and His atonement helping me, I overcame it. It took work. So have faith in these blessings and that God and Christ will help you when you do your best to become like them.” –Marshall

“Thinking celestial will also help you obey the law of chastity. Many of the adversary’s most relentless temptations involve violations of moral purity. The power to create life is the one privilege of godhood that Heavenly Father allows His mortal children to exercise. Thus, God set clear guidelines for the use of this living, divine power. When you make decisions regarding morality, please think celestial. And if you have been unchaste, I plead with you to repent. Come unto Christ and receive His promise of complete forgiveness as you fully repent of your sins”
